With a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Math from Florida State University, I began as a programmer with the
corporations Johnson Controls, Duo-Fast, S&C Electric Company. Looking to expand my exposure to all areas of the software development
cycle, I joined the Edmark Corporation, an up-and-coming children's educational software company in the Seattle area at an
exciting time for personal computer development. (1992)
